Things have been, as usual, crazy busy around here. Steve is full swing into the fireworks tent. He is working at a fireworks tent for a little xtra money this summer. We have to pay for those homeschool books somehow. Yesterday, the kids and I went there and I got to work for a little bit too. I am a fill in at the tent. I will probably have to put in a few more hours this weekend as it gets busier. I hope, anyway.
The kids went to VBS at Southside last night. Thank you, Southside. It was wonderful. They talked about Goliath. Bro. Simpson, the pastor at Southside, was such a trooper last night. Bro. Simpson played Goliath and the kids all took homemade slings and shot marshmallows at him. They had so much fun. Bro. Simpson even caught and ate a few.
Duties call, so I must run.
